Can I use this tool?

This interview is the right one to use if:

• You recently vacated (moved out of) a residential rental property (an apartment)
• You vacated the apartment at least 30 days ago
• Your landlord has not returned your security deposit

If you lived with other people and you each paid your portion of the security deposit seperately, you should each send your own demand letter.
