Can I use this tool?

Use this interview if you are allowed to represent someone in an Immigration Court case. This includes attorneys, accredited representatives, law students or graduates, reputable individuals without pay, accredited foreign government officials, and people authorized to practice before December 23, 1952.

Do not use this interview for cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

How to select the right court form

Before you start

If you plan to file in ECAS, make sure you are registered with the EOIR eRegistry.

Gather:

1. The represented party’s name, address, and A-number
2. The Immigration Court location
3. Your EOIR ID number
4. Your contact and firm/organization information

When you are finished, you will need to sign and file the form with the Immigration Court.
