Use this interview if you are allowed to represent someone in an Immigration Court case. This includes attorneys, accredited representatives, law students or graduates, reputable individuals without pay, accredited foreign government officials, and people authorized to practice before December 23, 1952.
Do not use this interview for cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
