You can use this form if you have a good reason to get married without waiting the usual 3 days. For example, you might need to get married quickly because of a medical emergency or because you are in the military.
You and your partner must be adults (over 18) to get married in Massachusetts.
Before you start this interview, call your town or city clerk to find out all the documents and information needed for a marriage license. Ask the clerk which Court you should file in, and how much the license costs.
